Returns Policy RETURNS POLICY Last updated: January 2021 At HAYLEY MIDDLETON, we understand that shoes have to be the perfect fit, in more ways than one. So, if for any reason you need to return your purchase we will happily facilitate; simply email us at gdaysunshine@hayleymiddleton.com and we will provide you with the instructions should your purchase meet the following criteria; - The item/s must be in the original condition and original packaging - The item/s must not have been worn or altered in anyway (it is recommended to keep to carpeted surfaces when trying on shoes) - The request for refund must be initiated within o 14 DAYS of purchase for AUSTRALIAN customers o 28 DAYS of purchase for INTERNATIONAL customers - The item/s has been returned to the address provided. HAYLEY MIDDLETON has the right to deny a refund for any items not returned within the above criteria. Please note that HAYLEY MIDDLETON is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us. If the package does not reach us safely we will be unable to issue the refund. Returns within AUSTRALIA are free however INTERNATIONAL returns are at the cost of the customer inclusive of any customs fees Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you would simply like to exchange your item/s for another size then we can also facilitate, again so long as the above criteria is met. A re-shipment fee of $10.00 AUD will be applicable to have the replacement item/s sent to you. When initiating your refund or exchange, please be sure to include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and REASON FOR RETURN. All of the above is applicable for any faulty item/s received with the exception of the re-shipment fee ($10.00 AUD). Be sure to include photographs of any faults for assessment. Once the returned item/s is received back to us, please allow 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your refund or exchange to be facilitated.
